You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
Activity performed under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Automate account creation or scraping
Abuse the Service to bypass anti-spam systems

6. Email Access Permissions

To deliver our service, MyInboxer requires access to your email account using secure OAuth permissions or API tokens.

7. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

Refund policy: 7-day refund

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Planned maintenance notices will be published when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

MyInboxer owns all rights to the platform, brand, codebase, and materials.
You retain all rights to your content and emails.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violations of these Terms
Abuse, fraud, or security
Non-payment

You may delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:

100% spam accuracy
Recovery of all lost emails
Compatibility with all email providers

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyInboxer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
